经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板内固定治疗肱骨远端C3型骨折 被引量：3

摘要 肱骨远端骨折占成人全身骨折的2％～6％，占成人肘部骨折的30％，AO／ASIF分型C3型骨折常属于复杂关节内粉碎性骨折，由于关节面完整性被破坏，且常伴有关节囊和周围软组织广泛撕裂，治疗较棘手，若处理不当会引起严重的肘关节功能障碍，目前仍元被公认的标准治疗方法。本院自2009年1月至2010年12月采用经尺骨鹰嘴横行截骨人路双钢板内固定治疗肱骨远端C3型骨折21例，取得满意疗效，现报道如下。
