肱骨远端C_3型骨折内固定的选择 被引量：2

摘要 目的比较3种内固定方法治疗肱骨远端C3型骨折的疗效，为临床合理选择内固定方法提供依据。方法对45例C3型肱骨远端骨折分别应用克氏针交叉固定、“Y”形钢板固定及内外侧柱双钢板固定，对其疗效进行回顾性分析。结果通过8～24个月随访，根据改良Cassbaum评分系统进行评分：应用克氏针内固定9例，优4例，良3例，优良率78％；“Y”形钢板固定15例，优9例，良3例，优良率80％；双钢板内固定21例，优13例，良5例，优良率86％。结论3种内固定方法对肱骨远端C3型骨折均有较好疗效。“Y”形钢板固定及内外侧柱双钢板固定牢固，便于肘关节早期功能锻炼。
