摘要
目的探讨维持性血液透析患者的血脂代谢与血清镁之间的关系。方法对60例行血液透析的患者检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清镁(Mg),应用相关分析和t检验对血清镁与血脂各项指标的关系进行统计学分析。结果血清镁水平与HDL-C呈正相关(P<0.05);血清镁水平与LDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05);血清镁与TG、TC的相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脂代谢异常是维持性血液透析患者常见的并发症,血清镁水平可能与脂代谢异常有一定的相关性。
Objective This study was performed to determine the correlation between serum magnesium（Mg） and lipid in patients on maintenance hemodialysis（MHD）.Methods Blood levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Mg were measured in 60 maintenance hemodialysis patients.The application of correlation analysis and t test were statistically analyzed the relationship between serum magnesium and serum lipid indicators.Results There was positive correlation between serum magnesium and serum HDL-C,while there was negative correlation between serum magnesium and serum LDL-C（P0.05）.There was no significant correlation between serum magnesium and serum TC,TG.Conclusion Dyslipidemia is the frequent complications in maintenance hemodialysis patients.The level of Mg may have correlation with the dyslipidemia.
