维持性血液透析患者血清镁、甲状旁腺激素和血脂代谢的相关研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨维持性血液透析患者的血脂代谢与血清镁、甲状旁腺激素之间的关系。方法对60例行血液透析的患者(血液透析组)检测总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血清镁(Mg)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH),随机选取60例无肾脏病的健康体检对象为对照组。结果血液透析组的PTH、TG及LDL-C较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),HDL-C明显下降(P<0.05),Mg和TC在2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清镁与HDL-C呈正相关(P<0.05);血清镁与LDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05);血清镁与TG、TC无相关性(P>0.05)。PTH与TG、LDL-C呈正相关(P<0.05);PTH与TC、HDL-C无相关性(P>0.05)。结论脂代谢异常是终末期肾病维持性血液透析患者常见的并发症,血清镁、PTH可能与血脂代谢有一定的相关性。
