摘要
针对水泥包装的自动精确称重问题,提出了一种基于PLC控制器的,采用模糊PID控制算法的高精度电子皮带秤的设计方案,介绍了系统的组成及软、硬件设计。当误差小于指定值时使用PID控制,当误差大于指定值时采用模糊控制。应用结果表明基于模糊PID控制的电子称重系统具有精度高、响应快、超调小、抗干扰能力强、对参数有很强的鲁棒性等优点,提高了生产效率和经济效益。
In order to solve automatic precise weighing problem of the cement packaging, this paper proposes a design method of high precision electromic belt scale based on adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm and in-troduces the organization and the design of software and hardware system. When error is less than the speci-fied value, the PID controller is used, otherwise the fuzzy controller is employed. The application results show that the fuzzy PID control based on the electronic weighing system has such advantages as high preci-sion,fast response, small overshoot, strong antijamming ability and strong robustness, which improves the production efficiency and economic benefits.
