摘要
重碱蒸汽煅烧炉是纯碱生产过程中用于煅烧重碱的一大型工业设备,目前对重碱蒸汽煅烧炉的控制仍是采用人工经验的方法进行的,控制效果不理想。本文将模糊控制和Smith预估控制相结合,针对煅烧炉本身具有的大惯性、纯滞后、非线性等特点提出一种新的控制方法,通过仿真研究,结果表明新的控制方法具有很好的快速性和很小的超调量。
Steam calciner is a bulky facility used to calcine heavy soda in the soda industry. At present,however,most of the steam calciner are controlled by experienced worker.The result of control is always out of acceptance.So a controlled system combined with fuzzy and smith pre-estimator is presented in this paper.The simulation results demonstrate this system has well control effect and is stabled.
