摘要
传统距离Ⅲ段保护不能识别线路的过负荷是由于区内故障还是潮流转移引起的,当系统中发生事故过负荷时,距离Ⅲ段保护的误动作对大停电事故的发生起着推波助澜的作用。基于广域测量系统(Wide Area Measurement System,WAMS)提出了两种判据,用来识别各种故障和过负荷,并给出了防止距离Ⅲ段保护因过负荷误动方法的实现逻辑。通过仿真验证,结果表明,使用这两种判据可以有效识别故障的发生,防止距离Ⅲ段元件在事故过负荷时误动。
Traditional zone m distance relays can't identify the line overload caused by fault or flow transferring. When emergency overload occurs in the system, maloperation of zone m distance relays plays a role in fueling the blackouts. Based on wide area measurement system (WAMS), this paper proposes two criteria to identify fault and overload. Finally, logic for distance relays to prevent from maloperation is given. Through simulation, the results show that the two criteria can identify faults effectively and prevent from maloperation of distance protection caused by emergency overload.
