一种基于安全等级分类的电网安全评价体系

Power Grid Security Evaluation System Based on Security Rate Classification

摘要 针对我国电网向高电压、自动化、大联网系统发展的趋势,从电网的事故预防、系统实时监控及事故后电网恢复能力的角度,提出了一种基于电网安全等级分类的定性安全评价体系,同时对河北省南部电网的安全等级状况进行了简要分析。 Aiming at the trend to high-voltage,high automatization,great network,according to the accident prevention,real-time supervision of power system and power recovery capacity after accidents,one qualitative security evaluation system base on security rate classification is putted forwards,at the same time,security rate for of Hebei Southern power system is given simply.
