摘要
当代中国社会中人际关系的异化现象主要表现为:初级关系的次级化与次级关系的初级化。这些异化现象主要是由五四运动前后的"人际关系西方化(个性化)"、文革期间的"人际关系政治化"以及改革开放以来的"人际关系资本化"所导致的。要建立和谐的人际关系,就应该是"人际关系自然化(和谐化)"。
The alienation of interpersonal relations represents mainly as follows： understated primary relationship and prioritized secondary relationship.The alienation is mainly caused by ＇Westernized relationships（personalized）＇ before and after the May 4th Movement,＇the politicization of human relationships＇ during the Cultural Revolution and ＇the capitalized interpersonal relationships＇ since the reform and opening up.To create harmonious interpersonal relationships,natural interpersonal relationships（harmonization） should be built.
