摘要
“组织格局”是抽象社会视角下组织体系和组织间关系的重要概念工具,它与组织理性有深刻的逻辑关系:组织格局是特定抽象社会中,组织理性为根本维度的社会组织的总和势力状态和组织间势力关系状态的基本模式。组织格局有四个元素:(依据组织理性划分的)社会组织的类型、(在组织和社会对比下)“社会组织占有的资源状况”、“主流组织类型”和个体社会组织之间的势力关系。
The coneept of social configuration of organizations is a conceptual instrument to analyze the relations between the organizations and the society, and the relations within the organizations. It is closely related to the organizational rationality logically: it refers to the basic features, with rationality as a fundamental dimension, of the situations of the whole organizations' forces and force relations within organizations . There are four elements of social configurational organizations: types of social organizations (distinguished by organizational rationality), levels of resources of the whole organizations (comparing with the society), the essential types of social organizations and the force relations among individuals of the social organizations.
