摘要
研究了不同温度(4、20℃)下麻花秦艽种子吸水规律和不同浓度赤霉素、硫酸、双氧水和高锰酸钾处理的种子在光照、黑暗条件下的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数的变化.结果显示:供试种子在4℃和20℃时吸水规律均符合Logistic曲线方程,分为急剧吸水期、稳定吸水期和饱和吸水期3个阶段.在20℃的最大吸水速率是4℃的1.99倍,为23.90g/h.高浓度的硫酸(4、8mol/L)和双氧水(3%、5%)可抑制供试种子的萌发,而其他浓度处理均可打破供试种子的休眠.种子发芽质量最佳条件为1.5%高锰酸钾处理10min,光照培养.在此条件下,麻花秦艽种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数分别比对照提高了106.90%、521.43%、266.71%、709.66%(P<0.01).不同处理下供试种子萌发对光的响应存在差异性.
The effect of soaking Gentiana straminea Maxim seeds at different temperature(4,20 ℃),and the changes of germination rate,germination energy,germination index,vigor index of seeds were investigated under different concentration gradients of GA3,sulfuric acid,hydrogen peroxide and potassium permanganate at light or dark culture conditions.The results showed that:the soaking process accorded with the Logistic curve at 4 ℃ and 20 ℃,which included sharp soaking,stable soaking and saturated soaking stages.The maximum soaking rate of 20 ℃ reached 23.90 g/h,which was 1.99 times of that at 4 ℃.The high concentration of sulfuric acid(4,8 mol/L) and hydrogen peroxide(3%,5%) could inhibite seeds germination,while the other treatments could break seeds dormancy.Germination rate,germination energy,germination index and vigor index of seeds by 1.5% potassium permanganate treatment in light were the best,which increased by 106.90%,550%,278.96%,709.67% and 218% comparing to the control(P0.01).The light response of seeds germination with different treatments existed difference.
