摘要
研究了不同浓度腐熟玉米秸秆水浸液对黄瓜种子萌发特性的影响.选取不同品种的黄瓜种子为供试材料,选择10~100mg/mL的10种浓度梯度浸提液作处理,以蒸馏水为对照进行发芽试验,对黄瓜种子的发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗苗高和化感作用指数进行测定.结果表明:腐熟玉米秸杆浸提液浓度低于40mg/mL时,有利于黄瓜种子发芽,对发芽率、发芽指数和幼苗的苗高有显著的促进作用;浓度高于40mg/mL的浸提液对黄瓜种子有抑制作用;浓度高于80mg/mL的浸提液显著抑制了黄瓜种子的萌发.
Effects of water extracts of matured corn straw compost on cucumber seed germination characteristics were studied.Water extracts with different concentrations from 10 mg/mL to 100 mg/mL(10 mg/mL as concentration gradient) were selected as treatments,distilled water(0 mg/mL) was selected as control.The results showed that concentrations lower than 40 mg/mL improved seed germination percentage,germination index and seedling height significantly,while concentrations higher than 40 mg/mL inhibited the seed in a large degree,and the inhibition was increased with increasingly.The inhibition was significant when the concentrations of water extracts highter than 80 mg/mL.
