摘要
高职物流管理专业学生职业能力培养模式的构建与优化,是解决其就业质量的重要措施。建立物流管理专业职业能力的培养模式应以就业为中心,培养学生的可持续发展能力。一是强化办学指导思想;二是以能力培养为中心构建教学体系;三是完善就业服务体系等。从而提高毕业生自身素质增强其就业竞争力。
The construction and optimization of training mode of students＇ vocational ability in higher vocational logistics management major is the important measure to solve their employment quality.The training mode of constructing vocational ability in logistics management major should take employment as center to train students＇ sustainable development ability.Firstly it should strengthen the running guide thought.Secondly it should construct teaching system with the center of ability training.Lastly it should perfect the system of employment service,so that it can increase graduates＇ quality and strengthen their employment competition.
