摘要
目的:文章从专业认同、学习适应性和自我效能感三个非智力因素方面探讨护理专业学生主观能动性对实现优质教育的影响。方法:采用护理专科生专业认同调查问卷、大学生学习适应量表、一般自我效能感量表测量护理专业学生2201名。结果:护理专业学生专业认同水平一般,学习适应性和自我效能感较高,非智力因素具有一定的可塑性。结论:通过提高学生的专业认同、学习适应性和自我效能感,调动主观能动性,对实现优质教育具有促进作用。
Objective: To discuss nursing students' initiative influencing on quality educationin tenms of three non-intellectual factors: profes- sional recognition, learning adaptability and self-ettieaey. Methods: The study utilized Questionnaire for Professional Recognition, I.earning Adaptability Scale for College students, General Self-Effieaey Scale, with a total of 2201 respondents who are nursing students. Results: Nurs- ing students' professional recognition is of medium level. But their learning adaptability and self-efficacy are higher, and the non-intellectual factors could be shaped. Conclusion: Quality education can be promoted through the improvement of students' professional recognition, learn- ing adaptability and self-efficacy and motivation of students' initiative in learning.
