摘要 目的:在物理诊断教学中运用PBL方法进行教学,并采用问卷调查和统计学方法对教学效果进行评价。方法:随机选择2006级临床本科2个班分别采用PBL教学(实验组)和传统教学(对照组)。结果:学生问卷调查、教师问卷调查、成绩统计学分析三组数据实验组均优于对照组。结论:物理诊断教学中运用PBL教学能较好的提高教学质量,也能促使学生进入实习时较快的适应临床工作。 Objective: To use PBL method in physical diagnosis and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching by questionnaire survey and statistical methods. Methods: Clinical students of the 2006 level 2 classes were randomly divided into experimental group taught in PBL teaching and the control group taught with traditional teaching. Results: The data of the students' questionnaire survey, teachers' questionrmire survey and sta- tistical analysis in the experimental group are superior to those in the control group. Conclusion: The PBL teaching in physical diagnosis can raise the quality of instruction, and motivate students adapt the clinical work after entering the practice.
