摘要
科学地评价教师的课堂教学质量可以为教学管理决策提供依据。本文利用山东建筑大学商学院学生评教数据,采用向后剔除法建立了计量分析模型,利用最小二乘法进行了参数估计,找出了影响教学评估成绩的因素,根据数据分析的结果,学生评教成绩的主要影响因素是教师的备课质量,其它因素影响很少。因此,学生评教成绩公允地反映了教师教学的绩效,这为大学教学管理提供了重要的参考。
Students' classroom instruction evaluation takes an important role in monitoring teaching quality. The study builds an empirical model by using backward deletion method to select variables and least squares method for parameter estimation. The empirical analysis of the evaluation data of School of Business in Shandong Jianzhu University shows that the main influencing factors of the evaluation results are the quality of preparing lessons and that other factors have little influence. So the results of evaluation are fair and provide an important reference for university education and management.
