摘要
面对日益严重的建筑能耗与自然环境问题,绿色建筑成为未来建筑业发展的主流和建筑的可持续发展的必然选择。绿色建筑的实现是一个庞大而又复杂的系统工程,它在我国的发展尚未成熟,存在诸多问题。本文通过对绿色建筑意识、绿色建筑技术、绿色建筑商业化和绿色建筑的政府效应四个方面的思考,探讨目前我国绿色建筑的发展存在的问题。
With the increasingly serious problem of building energy consumption and natural environment, green building is widely accepted and used. It will be the inevitable choice of sustainable development of building industry. The realization of green building is a huge and complex system engineering and its development is not perfect in China. From the perspectives of green building awareness, green building technology, commercialization and government effect of green building, the present problems are discussed of China＇s green building development.
