摘要
用艾森克个性量表对 12 5例神经性皮炎患者和 134例健康志愿者进行心理测试。结果显示 ,神经性皮炎患者有明显的内倾性———EPQ -E分值明显低于对照组 (t =4 595,P <0 0 1) ,并且情绪稳定性较低———EPQ -N分值明显高于对照组 (t =6 2 4 5,P <0 0 1)。结论 :社会心理因素在神经性皮炎发病中起重要作用。
Using Eysenck Personality Questionnarie(EPQ),we have examined the scores of EPQ in 125 patients with neurodermatitis, compared with 134 health volunteer. The results showed that patient group had a tendency of introversive personality, and there was higher levels of EPQ-E score in the patients than that in the controls(P<0 01).The EPQ-N levels in the patients were also higher than that in healthy volunteers(P<0 01),which indicated that there might be more emotional disturbances in the cause of nuerodermatitis in these patients. It can be concluded that psychological factor may play an important role in the pathogenesis of neurodermatitis.
