摘要
目的了解无托槽隐形矫治技术与固定矫治技术的矫治效率。方法选择成年患者36例,其中隐形矫治和固定矫治患者各18例,对比观察无托槽隐形矫治技术与固定矫治技术对倾斜牙与扭转牙的矫治效率,以及两种矫治方法的治疗时间。结果固定矫治技术在倾斜牙扶正治疗、扭转牙扭正治疗和矫治总时间与无托槽隐形矫治技术对比有明显优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固定矫治技术仍是正畸治疗效率较高的方法,而无托槽隐形矫治技术亦是正畸治疗项目的重要补充。
Objective To contrast the different treatment effect about invisible orthodontic technique and fixed orthodontic technique. Methods 36 patients were divided into treatment group and control group. 18 cases of treatment group were instructed to wear invisible orthodontic appliance and 18 cases of control group were fixed with orthodontic appliance, to compare the correction efficiency of inclined teeth and reversed teeth and the measurement time of the two methods. Results Compared to invisible orthodontic, fixed orthodontic had obvious advantages on treatment time, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The fixed orthodontic technique is an efficient method of orthodontic treatment, and invisible orthodontic technique is an important supplement of orthodontic treatment.
