摘要
目的:研发适用于全透明隐形矫治技术的专用正畸软件平台,并进行错畸形隐形矫治的临床应用。方法:由正畸医生与软件工程师共同合作研发三维数字化正畸软件OrthoRx。临床选取隐形矫治适应证病例30例,临床取硅橡胶印模,由恒惠科技有限公司进行牙颌模型的三维重建、生成三维数字化数据,正畸医生在OrthoRx上进行模拟矫治和制定矫治方案,由公司生产制作全透明隐形矫治器,医生使用隐形矫治技术对患者进行矫治。结果:成功研发出专用于隐形矫治技术的三维数字化正畸软件OrthoRx。以此为平台使用隐形矫治技术对患者进行矫治,取得满意效果。结论:研发出具有自主知识产权的全透明隐形矫治技术专用正畸软件OrthoRx,可应用于错畸形的辅助分析诊断,可视化模拟正畸矫治过程,制定矫治计划等。
Objective:To construct a 3D digital orthodontic software that can be used in invisible orthodontic technique in clinic.Methods:The construction of OrthoRx was based on the co-operation of orthodontists and software engineers.30 patients were selected according to the indications of invisible orthodontic aligners.PVS impressions were taken in clinic.The teeth,dual arch and occlusion were reconstructed,the 3D digital data was built.The orthodontists did the virtual treatment and made the treatment plan with OrthoRx.After the clear aligners were manufactured,the patients wore and changed the appliances with the direction of orthodontist.Results:OrthoRx,a 3D digital orthodontic software that can be used in invisible orthodontic technique,was constructed successfully.Its effectiveness and efficiency was confirmed by orthodontists in clinic application.Conclusion:OrthoRx can be used to aid analysis and diagnosis of malocclusion,to simulate the orthodontic treatment process and to make orthodontic treatment plan in invisible orthodontic technique in clinic
