摘要
以浸染工艺为例,对化验室染色打样的过程、化验室染色打样与大生产之间的差距及染色大小样符样率的影响因素进行了研究,总结了提高染色打大小样符样率的有效途径,为印染企业的染色生产提供了一定的技术理论支持。
This paper studied, in exhaustion dyeing process, the process of sample dyeing in laboratory and indicated the difference of sample dyeing and the mass production. It discussed the causes of affecting the coincidence rate of sample and finished goods and summarized the effective way to improve coincidence rate which can provide some theoretical and technical support for dyeing and printing enterprise
