摘要
针对博物馆纸质文创产品色彩还原存在的技术瓶颈,本研究提出一种基于造纸工艺参数的智能配色算法。通过分析纸张的纤维密度、填料含量及施胶度等关键造纸参数,精确计算纸张的吸收系数和散射系数,建立纸张基底的光学特性模型。在色彩转换阶段,将目标色样的光谱反射率数据与纸张的K/S值进行耦合计算,通过改进的Kubelka-Munk方程动态调整CMYK四色油墨的配比,特别针对手工纸和涂布纸等不同纸型开发差异化的色彩补偿策略。实验结果表明,针对博物馆纸质文创产品,相对偏差的箱控高度为0.22~0.62,配色偏差数值在0.3以下,有效解决了博物馆纸质文创产品配色困难问题。
This study proposes an intelligent color matching algorithm based on papermaking process parameters to address the technical bottleneck in color reproduction of paper-based cultural and creative products in museums.By analyzing key papermaking parameters such as fiber density,filler content,and sizing degree of paper,accurately calculating the absorption coefficient and scattering coefficient of paper,and establishing an optical characteristic model of paper substrate.In the color conversion stage,the spectral reflectance data of the target color sample is coupled with the K/S value of the paper for calculation.The ratio of CMYK fourcolor inks is dynamically adjusted through an improved Kubelka Munk equation,and differentiated color compensation strategies are developed specifically for different paper types such as handmade paper and coated paper.The experimental results show that for museum paper cultural and creative products,the relative deviation of the box control height is 0.22-0.62,and the color deviation value is below 0.3,effectively solving the problem of difficult color matching for museum paper cultural and creative products.
