摘要
根据油盘级别、实测热释放量以及两者之间的关系,同时依据相应的设计标准和规范,对电火花机、凹版印刷机、超声波清洗机三种设备采用六氟丙烷局部应用保护的具体方案进行了阐述,包括设备的工作原理、火灾成因、具体的设计方案。对于其他类似工业设备,参照上述设备消防设计方案也给出了设计中应关注的参数。
Based on the design standards and specifications, ac- cording to the relationship between pan sizes and heat release rate, this paper gives the practical proposal of using HFC-- 236fa in local application fire extinguishing system, to protect spark machines, gravure printing machines and ultrasonic cleaning machines. Also deserihe the principle of work, the cause of fire and the detail design of the system. For other similar industrial equipment, it also provides the relevant parameters in the detailed design referring to the above three equipment.
