摘要
利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT分别仿真计算安装4种不同喷嘴的惰性气体灭火系统的高压、高速湍射流流场,获得加装各种喷嘴时射流的速度、温度、压力、密度等流场参数,在此基础上首次计算得到不同压力下喷嘴流量系数,研究了不同喷嘴在可压缩条件下的流量特性。结果表明,喷嘴射流流场在出口下游很近的位置产生了激波,随着管道内压力不断减小,激波逐渐减弱;随着入口压力增大,喷嘴出口单位面积上流量不断增大;喷嘴流量系数不随压力的改变而变化。
Utilizing the CFD software FLUENT to simulate the high pressure, high-speed turbulent jet flow field of inert gas fire extinguishing system with 4 different kinds of nozzles, and the parameters such as the velocity, temperature, pressure and density of jet flow with different nozzles were calculated. Nozzle flow coefficient under different pressure was calculated for the first time, and the flow characteristics of different nozzles under the compressible conditions were studied. Results showed that, the jet flow field has shock wave at the location near the export downstream, and the shock wave gets weaker with the pressure decrease; the flow increases while the pressure increases; the flow coefficient doesn't change with the pressure.
