插装式液压锥阀振动特性分析及结构优化

摘要 对实际使用中存在振动问题的插装式液压锥阀建立CFD模型并进行不同开度下的稳态计算,稳态计算结果表明:锥尾节流成为主节流导致稳态液动力方向向上,是加剧阀芯振动的重要原因之一。从削弱锥尾节流和改变稳态液动力方向的角度出发对原始结构锥阀进行改进并提出两种改进结构,利用动网格对原始结构和两种改进结构锥阀进行动态CFD计算,得出阀芯在阶跃压力信号作用下的响应曲线。动态计算结果表明:改进结构锥阀相对于原始结构的确可以消振。
