介绍了电磁先导阀的工作原理,分析了电磁先导阀阀芯磨损的原因,论述了零部件结构改进方法。
This paper present the working principle of the solenoid pilot valves for main steam relief isolation valves of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant, the research on root cause for solenoid pilot valve disc damage due to the vibration were carried out and the conclusion of the failure were reached. The countermeasures were decided and the modification were performed accordingly.
