摘要
目的：探讨ＥＲ、ＰＲ的最佳染色条件．方法：应用免疫组化 Ｓ—Ｐ法，对乳腺癌进行ＥＲ和 ＰＲ检测．结果：实验组：“ １”的阳性率高于对照组“２”．结论：成功地显示 ＥＲ和 ＰＲ关键在于微波修复 抗原及组织的固定时间和一抗的作用时间。
Objective:To search for the best stain conditions of ER and PR. Methods:The expressions of ER and PR in breast cancer was detected with S-P immunohistochemical method. Results: The positivity rate of experimental group is higher than that of control group.Conclusions:To get higher positivity rate of ER and PR expressions,the keys are antigen repairment by microwave,tissue fixed duation and primary antibody reaction duration.
