摘要
目的与方法：对４１７例高血压病左室肥厚患者用心电图电压标准和Ｒｏｍｈｉｌｔ－Ｅｓｔｅｓ计分 系统进行评价。结果：心电图电压标准和Ｒｏｍｈｉｌｔ－Ｅｓｔｅｓ计分系统诊断高血压病左室肥厚两组阳性符 合率，分别为 ５１．８％和 ６２．６％（Ｐ<０．０１）。结论：心电图诊断高血压引起左室肥厚敏感性高，与电压标 准比较，Ｒｏｍｈｉｌｔ－Ｅｓｔｅｓ计分系统，提高诊断的敏感性。
Objective and Method: In 417 patients with hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy was ealuated by the electrocardiography voltage criteria and the Romhilt-Estes point-score system. Result:The electrocardiography voltage criteria and the Romhilt-Estes Point-Score system had positive rate with two group to the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertension, being 51.8% and 62.6% (p<0.01 ),respective. Conclusion: This study suggested that electrocardiography has high sensitivity to the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertension,and the Romhilt-Estes point-score system,Compared with the electrocardiography voltage criteria,improve diagnostic sensitivity.
