摘要
目的：探讨12导联QRS总振幅记分法论断左心室肥大的价值。方法：对246例超声心动图受检者同时记录常规12导联心电图，对比观察3种心电图标准对左心室肥大的诊断价值。结果：12导联QRS总振幅记分法标难有较高的诊断准确性（8．17％）。结论：12导联QRS总振幅记分法标准对诊断左心室肥大有一定价值。
Aim: To study the value of the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy with l2 leadQRS general amplitude record method standard. Methods: The 246 patients' regular 12 lead electrocar-diograms were recorded whi1e the patients were examined with ultrasonic cardiogram equipment, and thenthe value of the diagnosis of the three kinds electrocardiogram standards to the left ventricular hypertrophywas compared and observed. Results: 12 lead QRS general amplitude record method standard has highercorrectness in diagnosis (86. 17 % ). Conclusion: l2 lead QRS general amplitude record method standardhas a certain value to diagnosis of the left ventricular hypertrophy.
