摘要 目的 :建立能反映缺氧及炎症导致的肺动脉高压模型。方法 :常压间断缺氧叠加静脉注射 0 .6%三氯化铁 ( 0 .2 m l/ 10 0 g体重 )。结果 :发现缺氧叠加静注三氯化铁 2周时有肺动脉压力的升高和右心室的肥厚 ,4周时肺动脉压力及右心室肥厚重于 2周组 ,肺血管肌化加重 ,肺动脉内皮细胞脱落 ,肺间质有大量炎症细胞浸润。结论 Objective:To establish the model of pulmonary hypertension in rat reflecting of inflammatory effects. Methods:Hypoxia of 10% oxygen concentration for 8 hours 1 day and intravenous injection of ferric chloride (0 6%, 0 2 ml/100g BW) 2 times 1 week were given to the rats for 2, 4 weeks. Results:Raised PAPm and right venticular hypertrophy were found, severe pulmonary arterial vascularization, circulating endothelial cells peeling off and inflammatory cell infiltration in the lung tissue were observed after 2,4 weeks of hypoxia with intravenous injection of ferric chloride (0 6%). Conclusion:The model of pulmonary hypertension by hypoxia and intravenous injection of ferric chloride can be used to study the roles of inflammation playing in the pathogenesis of pulmonary hypertension.
