摘要
目的调查医学生职业暴露的分布情况,提升医学生在医院实习期间的职业防护知识和技能,减少职业伤害的发生。方法应用TQM理论和方法,针对要因制定一系列对策,通过培训和行为干预,逐步提高实习医学生职业暴露知识,减少锐器伤发生率。结果医学生相关知识知晓率由干预前的44.44%上升至干预后的82.25%,锐器伤发生率由28.02%降低至11.90%,差异有统计学意义。结论对医院实习的医学生进行系统培训和持续行为干预,可以有效减少医学生职业暴露发生。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of occupational exposure of the medical interns and to promote the knowledge and skills for occupational protection so as to reduce the incidence of occupational injuries.METHODS A series of measures aiming at the important causes were developed by using the TQM theory,the awareness of the medical interns to occupational exposure was improved step by step through the training and behavior intervention,the incidence of sharp instrument injuries was reduced.RESULTS The awareness rate of the medical interns to the relevant knowledge increased from 44.44% before the intervention to 82.25% after the intervention,the incidence rate of the sharp instrument injuries decreased from 28.02% to 11.90%,the differences were statistically significant.CONCLUSION Taking the systematic training and sustained interventions to their behaviors can effectively reduce the incidence of occupational exposures of the medical interns.
