摘要
以硅烷偶联剂3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性的活性凹凸棒石(PG)为载体,采用浸渍法制备了负载型杂多酸钴盐Co4HP2Mo15V3O62(CoHPAs)催化剂(CoHPAs/MPG),对催化剂进行红外光谱表征。考察了反应条件对合成苯乙酮的影响。结果表明,负载型杂多酸盐CoHPAs/MPG具有较好的催化活性,乙苯的转化率为72.74%,苯乙酮的选择性达95.42%。且催化剂具有较高的稳定性,重复使用5次后催化活性未见明显下降,有一定的应用前景。
The heteropolyacid cobalt salt catalyst immobilized on silylated acid-activated palygorskite (PG) was prepared and characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy. The effects of preparation conditions on acetophenone generation were also investigated. The experimental results indicate that the supported CoHPAs heteropolyacid (CoHPAs) cobalt salts (CoHPAs/MPG) exhibited high activity for the reaction; the conversion of ethylbenzene was 72.74% and the selectivity of acetophenone was 95.42%. The stability and reusability of the catalyst were investigated and the catalytic activity exhibited no obvious decline after recycling 5 times. The catalyst holds out a brighter prospect for application.
