负载型WO_3/SiO_2-Al_2O_3催化剂用于合成乙酸乙酯反应研究

Catalytic Performance of Supported WO_3/SiO_2-Al_2O_3 for the Esterification of Acetic Acid with Ethanol

摘要 考察了SiO2、γ-Al2O3和SiO2-Al2O3载体负载氧化钨作为催化剂用于乙酸乙酯合成反应研究,并通过XRD、氮气物理吸附、Raman和NH3-TPD对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,氧化钨负载在SiO2-Al2O3载体上,具有更强的酸性和更高的酸量,有利于促进乙酸乙酯合成反应进行。当W在SiO2-Al2O3载体表面的负载量为8%(质量分数,下同)时,乙酸转化率最高可以达到69.7%,载体表面WO3晶体颗粒不利于提高酯化反应活性。 A series of catalysts made of tungsten oxide loaded on SiO2, T-AlE 03 , and SiO2-Al2O3 were tested for esterification of acetic acid with ethanol. The catalysts were studied in detail by characterization of XRD, nitrogen adsorption measurement, Raman and NHz-TPD. The results indicate that tungsten oxide supported on SiO2-Al2O3 lead to the stronger and more acid sites,which appeared to be more effective for esterification of acetic acid with ethanol. Among these catalysts, the catalyst of SiO2-Al2O3 supporting 8.0% tungsten exhibited the highest activity for esterification of acetic acid with ethanol reaction,with the conversion of acetic acid being up to 69.7%. Bulky crystalline WO3 loaded on SiO2-Al2O3 was to the disadvantage of improving the activity of esterification.
