摘要
随着医学模式的改变和现代科学医院管理方法在我国医院的普及应用及发展 ,护理服务质量的提高已越来越受到医疗服务提供者和病人的重视 ,然而提高与维持护理服务质量需要遵循一定的科学管理方法。文章就有关护理质量的原则性问题及具体方法进行了较深层次的探讨 ;并对护理管理前景作了初步预测。
Along with the change of medical model and the utilization and the development of modern scientific hospital management method in China,both medical service provider and the more and more patients have taken nursing quality seriously.This article discusses the principle of nursing quality management,and how to improve and retain the caring quality,which will be found to be very useful in medical practice.
