摘要
目的 观察药条灸治疗寻常疣的疗效。方法 将１３６例寻常疣门诊患者分为 ２组，对照组３８例，用聚肌胞注射液２ｍｌ肌肉注射，每周２次；左放咪唑片口服，成人每２周连服３日，每次 ０．５ ｇ，每日３次，儿童剂量按 ２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ· ｄ计算，一般均治疗 ２～ ３周。治疗组用药条灸养老、外关、丘墟、外踝点、母疣，每次每穴（疣）施灸 ５～１０ ｍｉｎ，每日１次，７日为 １个疗程，一般施灸 ２～３个疗程。结果 治疗组痊愈率７１．４２％，对照组３４．２１％，经Ｘ２检验有极显著差异（Ｘ２＝１７．１８，Ｐ＜０．０１）；２组治愈时间比较，经统计学处理有显著差异（ｔ＝２．５４，Ｐ ＜０．０５）。结论 药条灸治疗寻常疣疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the effect of Medical Moxibustion on verruca vulgar- ism. Methods 136 patients with verruca vulgarism were divided into two groups. Medical Moxi- bustion were used in treatment group (n = 98 ) 5 - 10 min per day, therapeutic duration is 7 days. And in control group (n = 38) polyinosinic acid injection was taken intramuscularly twice a week, Levamisole tablet 0. 5g was orally taken three times per day. Results The total effective rate (71. 42 % ) was significantly higher in treatment group than those in control group (34. 21 %, P <0. 01 ). Conclusions Medical Moxibustion is an effective method on treatment of verruca vulgarism.
