摘要
本文通过对我国农产品流通现状的分析,找出了农产品流通效率低下的根源在于适合我国国情的农产品供应链的缺失。目前在我国,以龙头企业、连锁超市、产销一体化企业、农民合作组织为核心的供应链仅能解决市场上约30%的农产品流通,辐射能力不足。因此,现阶段我国应优先发展以批发市场为核心的农产品供应链,兼顾发展其他类型供应链的农产品流通模式,而提高流通主体的组织化程度、明确批发市场的公益性质、加强流通基础设施建设、减少流通中的行政干预、建立完善的信息发布平台、加强流通标准化建设、设计合理利益分配机制是现阶段提高我国农产品流通效率的关键举措。
According to .the analysis of the status quo of agricultural products circulation in China, it is found that the reason for the low efficiency of agricultural products circulation in China is the lack of agricultural supply chain which is suitable for China＇s national conditions. Now the agricultural supply chains, which take leading enterprises, chain supermarkets, production-marketing-integrated enterprises and farmers cooperative organizations as a core, can only account for about 30% capacities for agricultural products circulation. It is suggested that, at present, we should give priority to the agricultural supply chains which take wholesale market as a core; and we also should develop other types of supply chains at the same time. It is pointed out that we should, first, improve the organizational level of the main players of circulation; second, we should clearly define the nature of public interest of the wholesale market; third, we should strengthen the construction of infrastructure in circulation; fourth, we should reduce the administrative intervention in the circulation; fifth, we should establish the perfect information release platform; sixth, we should strengthen the formulation of circulation standard; and seventh, we should design the rational benefit sharing mechanism.
