宫内缺血缺氧对胎儿神经系统发育的影响及监测 被引量:6

摘要 宫内缺血缺氧是影响胎儿神经系统发育的一个重要原因。凡是影响胎儿和母体间气体交换的原因都可引起胎儿缺氧。缺氧后可以通过一系列的生化级联反应影响胎儿神经系统发育甚至导致脑损伤发生。缺血缺氧事件发生在孕期的不同时间对神经系统影响也不完全相同。明确脑损伤的病因、形式和机制对指导如何采取合理的神经保护策略来降低脑损伤和改善神经发育结局至关重要。一些方法可以用来宫内监测胎儿是否缺氧。产时缺氧事件只有一小部分与生后脑瘫相关。 Intrauterine hypoxia-ischemia is a very important reason of affecting fetal neurodevelopment.The reason which could affect fetal-maternal gas exchange can all cause fetal hypoxia.After hypoxia,a series of biochemical cascades can affect fetal neurodevelopment and even lead to brain injury.Hypoxia-ischemia occur at different times during pregnancy is not exactly the same impact on the nervous system.Clarifying the reasons,forms and mechanisms of brain injury is very important.It could guide us in how to take a rational neuroprotective strategy to reduce brain injury and to improve neurodevelopmental outcome.Some methods can be used to monitor fetal hypoxia in uterus.Only a small portion of intrapartum hypoxia is association with cerebral palsy.
