P-RC APMP细小纤维与碳酸钙共絮凝的应用性能 被引量:10

Application of P-RC APMP Fines Sub-Fractions in Co-Flocculation Process of Fines-Calcium Carbonate

摘要 以杨木P-RC APMP为原料,对其进行筛分,并对P-RC APMP细小纤维与碳酸钙进行共絮凝,研究了不同P-RC APMP细小纤维筛分组分及添加量对细小纤维-碳酸钙共絮凝工艺抄造文化用纸性能的影响。结果表明:添加任何一个细小纤维筛分组分对纸张松厚度都是不利的,且筛网目数越高的细小纤维组分越不利于纸张松厚度的改善;随各细小纤维筛分组分添加量的增加,纸张白度先升高后降低,其中P200、P300、P400细小纤维分别添加10%、15%、15%可达到最高白度值;添加细小纤维对纸张强度性能有积极影响,随着细小纤维用量的增加纸张的强度也随之上升;另外,在同一添加量下纸张的白度和强度的大小顺序是P400>P300>P200。 Poplar P-RC APMP pulp was chosen as raw materials for fines generation and collecting, then the P-RC APMP fines and calcium carbonate were co-flocculated before they were added into standard fiber fraction to make fine paper. Effects of different fines sub-fractions and their dosage on paper making were studied.The result showed that adding all sub-fractions fines has adverse effect on bulk of paper, and finer sub-fractions fines more adversely affects paper bulk. With the increasing of fines dosage, the whiteness of paper increases first and then decreases. For P200 fines, P300 fines, P400 fines, the highest whiteness are obtained at 10%, 15%, 15% dosage respectively. Adding fines has positive effect on strength properties of paper. With increasing of fines dosage, the strength properties of paper increases. Besides, the order of paper whiteness and strength is P400〉P300〉P200 when using the same dosage.
