摘要 急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）包括不稳定性心绞痛和心肌梗死。最常见的原因是动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂、血小板活化聚集,冠脉内血小板血栓形成,冠脉狭窄,从而导致心肌氧供需失衡。目前,抗凝抗血小板治疗联合经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（Peretaaneom coronaly intervention,PCI）已成为ACS最重要的治疗手段。抗血小板治疗是严重心肌缺血的治疗原则之一,目前临床常用的抗血小板药物阿司匹林、氯吡格雷，只能分别阻止血小板活化中一条途径。
