摘要
近年来,心律失常患者数量不断增加,相关研究结果表明,导致患者产生心律失常症状的因素较多,患者结束冠状动脉介入手术治疗后,可能会并发心律失常。大量临床实践结果表明,患者并发心律失常后,应进行相应有效的临床药物治疗、改善患者临床症状,以促进患者病情快速痊愈,从根本上起到缓解患者临床症状的作用。因此在冠状动脉介入术并发心律失常患者临床治疗过程中,医生应在掌握患者实际情况的基础上对其进行有效治疗,严格遵循相关治疗原则选择科学合理的心律失常治疗方法,加大对患者心律失常变化情况的监测力度。本文主要探讨冠状动脉介入术并发心律失常的研究进展和临床治疗情况。
In recent years,the number of patients with arrhythmia has been on the increase.Relevant research results show that there exist many factors leading to arrhythmic symptoms and arrhythmia tend to occur after coronary artery intervention surgery.A lot of clinical practice results show that when patients with arrhythmia,should be effective clinical drug treatment,improve the clinical symptoms, to promote the patient′s condition quickly cured,from the fundamental role to ease the clinical symptoms of patients.Therefore,in the clinical treatment process of coronary artery intervention surgery concurrent with arrhythmia,doctors should conduct effective treatment based on the patients′ actual situation,select scientific and rational arrhythmic treatment based on relevant treatment principles,and enhance the monitoring of arrhythmic changes.This paper aims to explore the research progress and clinical treatment situation of coronary artery intervention surgery complicated by arrhythmia.
