摘要 2012年9月15日"管理学百年与中国管理学创新"学术研讨会暨中国企业管理研究会2012年年会于百年名校河南大学成功举行,年会以"管理学百年与中国管理学创新"为主题,采取了大会主题演讲、大会报告和分组讨论三种形式,确立了管理百年与中国管理创新、管理理论发展与商业模式、公司治理与组织行为、企业品牌与社会责任、企业自主创新五个主要理论模块,各模块均有多位专家对相应理论命题进行了研讨。 the "A Century of Management and China Management Innovation" Conference and the Review of 2012 Chinese Enterprise Management Research Seminar was successfully held in Henan University with a century' s history in September 15th ,2012. The meeting by the China Enterprise Management Research, Jiang Yiwei Enter- prise Reform and Development Research Foundation, Henan University, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Management Science and Innovation Development Research Center, jointly organized contractors Henan University, College of Business Administration, Henan Tianyuan Environmental Protection Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. Henan and Chang Real Estate Group Company, Henan Tian Real estate Company Limited. The annual meeting of academia and the business community to provide a platform for academic exchanges and discussions to achieve the docking and fusion of management theory and management practice, effectively promote innovation and localization process of management theory. From Peking University, People's University, Xiamen University, Tongji University, Central University of Finance and Economics, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Chongqing Technology and Business University, Liaoning University, Xi'an University of Technology, Jiangxi University of Finance and other institutions of higher learning and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences as well as from "economic management "and" China Industrial Economy" magazine experts and scholars, business people from well-known enterprises at home and abroad, for a total of more than 300 representatives participated in the meeting, the meeting received a total of more than 200 papers, including eight excellent Paper Award. The seminar is themed by "A Century of Management and China Management Innovation", takes the three formats of topic speech, report and group discus- sion, establishes 5 theoretical models--management in one hundred and China management innovation, the devel- opment of management theory and business patterns, corporation governance and organization behaviors, enterprise brand and enterprise social responsibility and enterprise independent innovation, the relative theoretical propositions on them were discussed by several experts. The researcher, Chen Jiagui, made a keynote speech of " Grasping the development trend of the world, speed- ing up the innovation of Chinese management", and indicated that a big knowledge accumulation has been formed in management century development, the 100-year history can be divided into four stages--scientific management, interpersonal relationship and behavior science, "Management Jungle" and the "soft management" marked by the enterprise culture theory, which basically reflects the main route from "object oriented" to" people oriented"; the principal feature in its lO0-year development is "reality develops continuously,theories are innovated steadily". Other 8 experts and 1 CEO presented their reports, and the presentations of other several experts and scholars in 4 discussion groups involve many propositions and research fields; and several famous experts and scholars made valuable assessment. In addition, some scholars also explore the topics in the relative fields, such as the enterprise growth, finan- cial management, human resources management, industrial cluster and technical innovation, and exchange their ideas at the conference, whose academic values and practical significance are also obvious. As domestic manage- ment field Forum, the annual meeting participants, large-scale, the issue is not only a clear theme, open and ex- tensive management theory of evolution and innovation of concern. The unprecedented event as China management academia held successfully this time should promote the development of management theories faster and better and enhance further the integration and exchange between theorists and businesses, advance the localization transforma- tion between management theory innovation and business practice. Worthy of note is that this review, combined with the theme of the conference, the General Assembly, at the venue to discuss, such as recording and Proceedings material finishing from individual wording and statements have been adjusted accordingly and correction, due to the limited level of time constraints, the textinevitably something has gone wrong; in addition, space is limited, only introduced the the main academic point of view of each theory module, but each venue reviews the helpful comments of the experts, but many ignore, please understand and cor- rect me.
