摘要
本文是2009年11月14～15日在北京召开的第四届(2009)中国管理学年会的观点综述。文章围绕金融危机后中国经济金融和企业管理实践与理论创新展开叙述,主要介绍了这届年会的主题报告和部分论文的学术观点。
This paper summarized partial viewpoints proposed in the fourth Chinese Academy of Management Annual Meeting which was held November 14 - 15, 2008, in Beijing. It focused on management practices and theory innovations after the finance crisis and introduced some reports and papers.
