摘要
为了进一步探讨硼元素对铝合金用作牺牲阳极性能的影响,观察了5组不同硼含量铸铝合金的显微组织,通过动电位扫描研究了铸铝合金在不同温度下3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学行为。结果表明:硼含量主要影响合金的晶粒大小、树枝晶和第二相粒子的形态分布,硼含量为0.024%时可得到细小均匀的等轴晶组织,其开路电位最负,在不同介质温度下极化曲线平缓,阳极表面活性好。
Five kinds of cast Al alloys(Al-Zn-In-Sn-Ti) with different boron content were fabricated.The microstructure of as-prepared Al alloys was observed with a metallographic microscope.Their electrochemical properties in 3.5% NaCl solution of different temperature were evaluated by potentiodynamic method,and the effect of B content on the electrochemical properties of as-prepared Al alloys as sacrificial anodes was examined.Results show that the content of alloying element B has significant effects on the grain size as well as dendrite morphology and distribution of the second phase particles.As-prepared Al alloy containing 0.024% B(mass fraction) consists of small equiaxed crystals and has the most negative open circuit potential,showing gently varying polarization curves in different temperature of medium and good activity as sacrificial anodes.
