摘要
本文叙述了新型高强度耐腐蚀铸造铝合金ZL115合金的研究,包括合金成分、相组成和热处理工艺的影响,并给出标准化学成分;测定了合金的铸造工艺性能、物理性能和耐腐蚀性能。
This article describes the study on a new type of casting aluminium alloy ZL 115 which has high strength and corrosion resistance. The alloy composition, phase constitution and the effect of its heat treatment technigue are also reported. A standardized chemical composition of the alloy is given. The casting properties, physical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy are determined.
