摘要
采用苯酞为起始原料,合成得到标题化合物,并探讨了影响各步反应的因素。4步反应总收率51.1%,各步反应产物利用IR、1HNMR进行了结构表征。1HNMR表征表明,标题化合物为E、Z异构体混合物,比例约为2∶1。
2-Methoxyimino-2-[ 2-（ 2-methylphenoxymethyl ） phenyl] acetonitrile was synthesized with phthalide as starting material and the affect factors were investigated. The total yield of four step synthesis is 51.1% and the products were confirmed by IR and 1 HNMR. The product is the mixture of E and Z isomer and the ratio is 2： 1.
