结构新颖的茚取代肟醚类化合物的合成 被引量:1

Synthesis of novel indene-substituted oxime ether compounds

摘要 以邻位卤代苯甲醛和3-丁烯-2-醇为原料通过钯催化“一锅法”反应合成了2-乙酰基茚7a-e,7a-e肟化之后和N-(2-溴甲基苯基)-N-甲氧基氨基甲酸甲酯反应合成了肟醚类氨基甲酸甲酯3a-e,进一步胺解之后得到了肟醚类氨基甲酰甲胺3f-j。共设计合成了10个结构新颖未见文献报道的茚取代肟醚类化合物,其结构经红外、核磁、元素分析确认。 2-Acetylindenes 7a-e were synthesized by the reaction of orthohalogenated benzaldehyde with but-3-en-2- ol via one-pot palladium-catalyzed reaction. The intermediate which obtained from oximation of 7a-e reacted with methyl N-(2-bromomethylphenyl)-N-methoxycarbamate to synthesize oxime ether methyl carbamate 3a-e. Then amination of 3a-e produced oxime ether methyl carbamyl amide 3f-j. Ten novel oxime ether compounds were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by IR, IH NMR and elemental analyses.
