摘要
以4,5-二硝基邻苯二胺和5-溴水杨醛反应,控制不同条件,可分别得到单Schiff碱化合物5-溴水杨醛缩4,5-二硝基邻苯二胺和苯并咪唑衍生物2-(2-羟基-4-溴苯基)-5,6-二硝基苯并咪唑,前者在一定的条件下能够关环转化为后者,对它们的结构进行了UV-Vis、IR、1HNMR、MS表征,对构形转化的反应机理进行了研究。
2- ( ( 2-Amino-4,5 -dinitrophenylimino ) methyl ) -4- bromophenol and 4-bromo-2- ( 5,6-dinitro-1 H-benzo [ d ] imid- azol-2-yl) phenol were synthesized by the reaction of 5-bromo- salicylaldehyde and 4,5-dinirto-1,2-diaminephenylene under the different conditions. The former product can be conversed to the latter under certain conditions by cyclization reaction. Their structures were confirmed by UV-Vis, IR,I HNMR, MS, and the conversion process was studied by theory ealeulata- tion.
