摘要 给出了变桨轴承拟静力学分析的方法和摩擦力矩的计算方法,并计算了某型号变桨转盘轴承在空载时不同负游隙下摩擦力矩,与弹簧秤测试结果进行了比较。结果表明:摩擦力矩的计算模型合理。轴承摩擦力矩随负游隙绝对值的增大而增大,负游隙的微小变化对摩擦力矩的影响较大;可以通过使负游隙绝对值微小增大来大大提高轴承的摩擦力矩。 The method of quasi - static analysis and friction torque computation of blade bearings with negative axial play is performed. The values of friction torque of a blade bearing rre computed at different negative axial plays without applied load. The results show that the friction torque computed model is reasonable and the friction torque increases with the absolute value of negative axial play increasing. Small changing negative axial play makes big change of the friction torques. The friction torque can be improved largely by increasing slightly the absolute value of negative axial play.
