摘要 基于摩擦学理论,对轴连轴承组件生热进行了研究。针对轴连轴承组件的具体工况及结构特点,分析了轴连轴承组件的发热机理,建立了轴承组件内各部分功率损失计算模型,在此基础上得出了轴承总的生热和轴承各单元间的局部生热。以某型陀螺电机轴连轴承为例分析了不同工作转速和工作载荷对轴承总生热和各单元局部生热的影响。结果表明,轴承转速、轴向载荷对轴承生热影响较大,且钢球与保持架兜孔、保持架与外圈引导面间的滑动摩擦是轴连轴承生热的主要因素。 Heat generation of bearing with shaft is studied based on tribology theory.The heat generation mechanism is analyzed according to working conditions and structural features of bearing with shaft.Computational models of power loss are built.The total heat generation and the local heat generation are gotten.The example of bearing with shaft in a gyroscope motor is made.Influences on total and local heating are analyzed at various rolling velocities of the inner ring and working loads.The results show that bearing rolling velocity and axial load affect heat generation strongly.Meanwhile sliding friction,which exists between balls and the cage pocket,cages and the surface of outer ring,is the main factors of bearing heating.
