摘要
地区人文环境对维护教师的心理安全具有重要的作用。社区环境、职业环境、人际环境等对教师的心理安全有较大的影响。基于此,提出关于提升教师心理安全的策略,即优化农村社区教育环境,促进农村教师内职业生涯的发展,营造发展型的教育工作环境。
Regional humanities environment is important for teachers psychological safety. Community environment, professional environment, interpersonal environment have a great impact on the psychological safety of the teachers. Based on that, strategies are proposed to enhance teachers＇psychological safety： to optimize the educational environment of rural communities, to promote the career development of rural teachers, and create an educational work environment.
